Resin Works Shipping

For all orders placed before Sunday 22:00, delivery is on Tuesday. Unless otherwise informed via email.
Packages are delivered via a Carrier with an accompanying track and trace code.
It may happen that you have entered an incorrect delivery address.
What you need to do is immediately send a message via WhatsApp service or Email with your order number and the following sentence Change delivery address.
Then use this format to add your correct delivery address:
Street name:
House number:
Postal code:
City:
This is not possible. All our deliveries in South Africa are on average within 2-3 working days. Express deliveries can be picked up if in George available.
On the my account page you will find all information about the status and tracking of your order.
Payments

As soon as your order has been received by Resin Works, you will receive an email with all order details.
Returns

You can return your order within 30 days after shipping, after this it is unfortunately not possible (unless the problem is covered by warranty). Products can only be returned if they are unopened.
We will refund your money or exchange your product when the following conditions are met:
- Send an email to info@resinworks.co.za mentioning your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
- The request must be submitted within 14 days of the shipping date.
- The items are returned in the same condition as they were sent, in the original packaging material and with all supplied products.
After the return has been approved by our customer service, we will send you a shipping label with which you can return your order for free.
