TIP: First, make sure the object is leveled.
The table top epoxy resin is easy to use. The product comes in 2 parts. So 1 part A-component Epoxy and 1 part B-component hardener. These parts must be mixed together for casting your project.
The Mixing ratio by weight of this product 100 parts A : 60 parts B:
Moreover, it is recommended to mix the products in our Mixing Cups. Then mix the product with the accompanying Mixing Spatulas.
The use of mixing spatulas as opposed to an electric mixer is recommended to ensure that the product remains air-free. This ensures that there are fewer air bubbles in your product. During casting, you will experience air bubbles rising to the surface. These are easily solved with a torch. By briefly passing a torch over the cast object, you will see the air bubbles disappear. Do this about 2 to 3 times. You can also opt for the bubble pop spray from Pourpoxy, with which you can pop the air bubbles without using heat. This is safer than a torch.
The processing time of the product is 45 minutes.
The maximum layer thickness is set at a maximum of 5 millimeters.
To cast a surface of 1 m2 with 1mm you need1.1 kg .
