Open the can and add the B component to the A component. Mix thoroughly for 2 minutes before pouring the contents into a mixing bucket. Mix again to ensure everything is blended well. The product can be applied over an existing coating. It is always recommended to prime the floor before applying a coating. If you are using a vapour-permeable system, the primer must also be vapour-permeable. Because this water-based coating has strong adhesion properties, it can also serve as a primer. It is important to ensure the floor is completely dust-free before application to guarantee optimal adhesion and appearance.

Apply the product with a nylon roller, using a crisscross motion. For larger floors, first apply with a 25 cm roller and then back-roll with a 50 cm roller. This helps avoid roller marks or other imperfections in the floor.

For an anti-slip finish, add 10% anti-slip powder for epoxy coatings (based on the total amount of A+B) during mixing. Then, always spread the coating first with a trowel to prevent sand from sinking. After spreading, back-roll with a nylon roller.

1. Grind the floor – Removes contaminants and ensures adhesion.

2. Clean & dust-free – Avoid water; it reduces adhesion.

3. Inspect & repair – Fill holes or cracks before continuing.

4. Apply primer – Light-duty: EW113 (water-based) or heavy-duty (solvent-free) EP110

5. Recheck repairs – Fix any new defects, clean again.

6. Optional: Scratch Layer – Levels uneven surfaces for a smooth base.

7. Coating – EW230 – Water-based coating ideal for garages, storerooms, light-duty floors.

   • Apply 2 coats over 2 days for best coverage.
