Primer EW 113 Water based

Description
The EW 113 is a water-based epoxy primer. Our EW primer has strong adhesion and can be applied to almost any type of surface. The primer is suitable for systems where a vapour-open or vapour-permeable system is important. The product is transparent.

The primer can also be used as a base layer under a self-levelling compound. In this case, the primed surface should be immediately sprinkled with broadcast sand after application to ensure strong adhesion of the self-levelling layer.

Application
The EW113 primer comes in a tin. Open the tin and add Component B to Component A. Mix thoroughly for 2 minutes before pouring the mixture into a new working bucket. Mix again to ensure the contents are fully blended. It is essential to make the floor completely dust-free before applying the coating to guarantee optimal adhesion and appearance.

Apply the product with a nylon roller in a criss-cross pattern. For larger floors, apply with a 25 cm roller and then back-roll with a 50 cm roller. This ensures an even layer across the entire surface.

Suitable Substrates
This product has excellent adhesion and can be applied to a wide range of surfaces, including:

• Cement, Self-levelling compounds, Concrete. Anhydrite, Wood, Linoleum, PVC, Glazed tiles (ceramic). Natural stone, Glass, Existing epoxy or polyurethane coatings, Existing epoxy, mineral, or polyurethane poured floors
